Location: Settlement Rd (M1) and Breakwater Rd

Concrete panel wall system has been used for the future Spotlight building. Again the panels have been placed into postion by a crane then temporarily braced for support. The columns supporting the building appear to be steel universal beams that have been encased in concrete.













































Another interesting feature of the building was the formwork for a footing. It appears to be a large footing, judging by the size of reinforcement and the overall size.
